Dog Model Requirements

1. Model Release

As the owner, you will be required to sign our dog model release. This allows us to use the images for editorial, promotional, portfolio, and competition purposes — standard practice for professional photography.

2. Professionalism (With Personality!)

While sessions are relaxed and enjoyable, they are created with intention. A cooperative attitude, patience, and a willingness to trust the creative process go a long way. We promise to keep it fun.

3. Model Compensation

Selected models will receive:

• A guided portrait session (a $150 value)

• One complimentary favorite digital image (a $99 value)

Should you fall in love with additional artwork, you are welcome to purchase from our product menu. There is absolutely no obligation to do so.

4. Social Media & Credit

Let us know if you dog has their own social media account, we’re happy to tag them when images are shared.

Model Release: I hereby give Kimberly Austin Photography LLC, its assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs permission to use and license the Images for all lawful purposes in any Media. I understand that the Images may be modified or altered in any way and may be combined with other images, audio, text, graphics, or other material. I understand that my name and identity may be associated with the Images.

I have read this Release and am fully familiar with its contents. I agree that this Release is binding upon my heirs and upon anyone to whom I assign any other rights that I may have. I agree that this Release is irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the total legal capacity to execute this Release.

Permission/Release: By signing this form, I permit Kimberly Austin Photography to photograph my pet/child/family and use my pet/child/family name & photographic likeness in all forms & media for advertisement, trade & any other lawful purpose.
