If you are interested in VIP for your pet, please make sure you read the requirements then fill out the form below. Please fill out one per pet. ALL fields are required. There is no guarantee your pet will be selected or all the pets in your household. Photographer will choose if the session is in-studio or on-location depending what is needed. Models are contacted on a as needed basis. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Available in the time frame requested.
Willing to invest the time for the session & reveal.
Have your pet groomed and cleaned for the session.
Willing to travel is necessary.
